Why is it important to return for a retest visit 3 weeks after my nutritional consult?

I'm experiencing symptoms such as a headache, diarrhea, nausea or I just don't feel right. I think it's from my electrolyte drink or a supplement I'm taking. What should I do?

I'm feeling so great! Can I go off my program now?

Can I put my family and friends on my program so they can feel as good as I do?

I have so much energy after being on my new program! Can I garden again and get back into doing more activities?

How long do I need to be on this program?
